If you didn't buy the right Skills, you'll have to Respec. Salvador (Starting character): 1½/2 - Unlock 47 achievements. Putting all of this into perspective, it's quite hard to nail down a precise number of playthroughs it'll take you, but below I've tried my best. Then you'll have to Respec your points and put them onto the right Tree.
You will have to level up enough, that you can unlock the Skills needed first, which are on Tier 6 of a certain Tree. But, if you do not stick to the right one for the whole thing, you will have to Respec at some point to obtain the achievements for these two characters. Play the game how you like and buy whatever Skills you want from whatever Tree you like. This is based off you either starting with Salvador or Zer0. Luckily there's a way around this, but it will take time. This is because you have to level up one certain Skill Tree on each of them to reach certain Skills to then be able to unlock their achievements.
